Due to the need for skills practises with a medium sized group this course can only be organised on site at the client's location.

Duration: 3 days

Maximum nr of participants: 12

Theory, case studies, group exercises and discussion will prepare participants to qualify as an Group Peer Supporter upon completion of the course. Continuous assessment will be used to determine participant's performance. Upon passing the course a certificate of achievement will be issued.

Day 2

    •    Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) theory 

    •    Critical Incident Stress Debriefing practise

    •    Crisis Management Briefing (CMB) theory

    •    Crisis Management Briefing practise
